Hunter S. Thompson My Biggest Influence

Craziness can be the worst enemy of people, nevertheless can be the best Allied. That happen With the Gonzo Journalist, Hunter S. Thompson. A freak by nature, a drug-addict by hobby, and a genius writer for others. To me it's just one of the most interesting persons I have know in the history of literature. He is most known for his book Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Which First appear in November, 1971 as a two part series article, to the Rolling Stone Magazine. It is written as first person by a journalist named Raoul Duke. Pseudonym which was best know for. Along with his 300-pound Samoan attorney Dr. Gonzo. Who really was the El Pasoan attorney as well Chicano civil activist Oscar Zeta Acosta. During the trip to Las Vegas to cover a narcotics officer convention. Raoul (Thompson) and his companion (Acosta) decide to search for the American dream, and what better place than Las Vegas to find it. Nevertheless they weren't alone, They were in the company of two bags of grass, seventy-five pallets of mescaline, five sheets of  high- powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers (pills)... and also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls (poppers).

Luckily for those who are lazy to read, in 1998 there was released a film based on the book. starring for no one else than Johnny Deep and Benicio del Toro. Here's the poster of the movie as well the trailer.

Here is a song that most of you people will know. Since a long time ago, which it's part of the soundtrack.

People always asked, me how an acid feels as well if I got a connect. Honestly I don't what to tell them; Until know that I got the answer for this question.

In conclusion Hunter S. Thompson can be: a freak, a drug-addict, or a genius. Nevertheless he always will be my biggest influence. A person who just want to have good time.
